Excellent halibut!
The Svenfish halibut we bought was fresh and delicious. Also, a nice thick cut so that it broiled beautifully! I would definitely buy it again.

This was the second time that we bought halibut at Svenfish. It was delicious both times. This time it was thicker, so we weren't sure how it would cook up, but it came out terrific!
