Detergent + Cleaner Bundle

I've been using these products for some years now and am very happy and impressed by the results. My clothing comes up clean with stains gone and my dishes are clean and bright. Also find the cleaners for both dishwasher and washing machine work effectively at a great price. Thank you

The products are good but the delivery time is terrible and really unreliable. I even contacted customer service to follow up the order and they told me it was on the way, the following week customer service told me the order was lost and had to be resent. I really should have been compensated for the extra long delay and I wasn’t.

Sadly disappointed

I’m writing this review reluctantly. I’m a great of supporter of Aussie founders and sustainable products, which is why I purchased Lucent Globe. Unfortunately, the dishwashing detergent sheets did not work for me. We do not stack our dishwasher with heavily greased dishes, we rinse every dish under the tap before placing them in the dishwasher. The first time we used the sheets, we noticed some cutlery and a few bowls with food stains, but assumed we didn’t place them properly. However, after a few washes and repeated results, I was disappointed with the product. I’ve given 3 stars because I purchased the dishwasher laundry detergent bundle and have not hey tried the laundry cleaner yet, so I feel it’s unfair to base my star rating on the dishwasher detergent alone. I love how many people have shared positive reviews. Unfortunately, the product did not suit us.
