Its OK. Havent had it long enough tofind out if beneficial. A more detailed information sheet would be Helpful. Had to "fiddle" a bit to work out how to turn the paddles. No information how to reduce the tension. Hope I have a good outcomeby using it :)

Well packaged. I feel I will need to build up slowly with the exercise. Am very hopeful that it will work though.

I would like to return it. I cannot use this device because my legs are too sensitive. Can you help me?
