Honestly, I was surprised to receive a review request based on the product I received.
Over the past few months, I've used around ten different mystery slab and rip-and-ship services. In my experience, most companies provide enough value in a first purchase to encourage customers to come back, even if the big hits are rare.
I spent $100 on a three-slab mailer and received one slab from a grading company I couldn't identify or find much information about, along with two CGC slabs that appear to have a combined market value of roughly $12. Even being generous with the unknown slab, the total value was nowhere close to what I would consider reasonable for a $100 purchase.
I understand the nature of mystery products. I'm not expecting to profit on every order, and I fully accept that sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. However, receiving less than 20% of the purchase price in estimated value feels excessive. Most mystery products I've purchased have at least provided 50% or more of the purchase price back in value, with occasional bigger hits mixed in.
What disappointed me most is that the package felt less like a curated mystery product and more like a way to move unwanted inventory. Even setting a minimum floor of around $30 in value for a $100 product would have made the experience feel much more fair.
I regularly spend money on mystery slabs and Pokémon products and would have no problem becoming a repeat customer if the value felt reasonable. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would choose several competing services before considering another purchase here.

Eh, I didn't expect much, but quite underwhelming. Got a card that was from some random grading service vs the main (Tag, Beckett, CGC, PSA), and all three were less than an 8. They made a huge ROI off my purchase and I got blah cards.
I took a gamble and lost.

Not even close they just gave what was laying around there work space . I know it’s a gamble but just making 25 out of the 100 couldn’t even give me half of what a paid for is kinda crazy no psa nothing good what’s so ever
