I’ve received my order, and unfortunately, most of the products have arrived damaged and leaking. The packaging was clearly not sufficient to protect the products during delivery, and parts of my order were literally wet and soggy when I opened the package. I paid £105 for this order, so I’m extremely disappointed with the condition it has arrived in. This was my first time ordering from BASED, and unfortunately, this experience has left a really bad impression. I waited a long time for my order to arrive, only to receive products in a condition that I’m not happy with. I would like to request a full refund of £105 due to the condition in which my order was delivered.

good sizes,good qaulity, amazing smells and packaging is all good. The shipping took 2 weeks and 4 days so not too bad and no damages.
