Amazing Customer service
Barbra is amazing! I order the 10.5 EE Luis and they were a bit lose when I walked. So I emailed Barbra on a Saturday afternoon. Monday morning I had a return label sent to my email, a confirmation for a new pair being sent to me, and an email from Barbra explaining the process and what to expect next!
