My order took forever and I finally received it after several emails were sent. If you have issues, go directly to their website and message from there! Jenny responds really quickly! One of my chains was missing the end piece that connects to the hat but she took care of that issue also. I received a totally different Rolling Stones patch (ordered 2) than what I ordered, but Jenny clarified what happened anger compensated me. She made sure my order was shipped out immediately and responded very quickly!!
