ThecActive 3 Premium replaced my Garmin Epix Gen 2, which was a replacement of my original Epix Gen 2, because the Garmin had gotten flaky in is readings. It's taken a bit to get used to the Zepp software but I am very satisfied with Active 3 Premium.

Surprisingly happy I bought this
I am very pleased with the tracking and functions available. The battery lasts for several days without charging. The analysis information is helpful. The Zepp app provides more details than I expected. And the watch is easy to use and set up tracking. Anyone who is fed up with Fitbit and Google should give this a try. It’s a great deal.

My new Active 3 Premium does not alert me when I receive calls. It was working for a week and then it stopped working. Customer service has not contacted me to help fix it, so I am going to return the watch. This is my 2nd Amazfit. I used the originally T-Rex for years and it had the same problem. Sometimes it works as a sometimes it doesn't. I thought it was an issue with just the T-Rex but now I think it's an issue with all Amazfit watches.
If I don't get a resolution soon I will be sharing my experience on all platforms to warn other potential customers.
