Slouch.
These are ok for spring - autumn. I wear sandals with them. But you could wear them in winter, I bought them in winter in Melb. Great pants. I could wear them with little boots or runners. They are not long. I am 5ft -33/4 inches. All ages. Comfy. Buttery fabric. I have bllack and brown. I wear them with t shirt or long sleeve t shirt. Chocolate and cream stripe. Or plain choc tops. Windcheater.
A jumper is ok as well. .

Good pants, good price.
Love the fit of these pants, but they could be a little longer. I am not particularly tall, and they barely come to my ankles. I am aware that some people may prefer them to be 7/8th length, but it would be good to have a choice.
