22 hours a day is tough
I am seeing a difference, I’ve been wearing them for 2 months. 22 hour wear is tough for social life where you are eating and drinking. You are very limited on time to do that. Brushing and washing also takes up part of that time. If you are willing to do that, they are working out so far. At the end I believe I will be happy with the results.

Working!
I am on my 4th retainer out of 11 and I am already seeing progress! I can definitely feel when I change to a new retainer by how tight it feels but nothing painful or bothersome. Really looking forward to seeing the end results!
