I would prefer a much more explicit printed guide on how to use it. For instance why the two little buttons? What exactly are the gears?

It’s still new so effectiveness to be established. I find it slips around and sticks into my knees and thighs while using it. Hoping for good results

Not happy with my purchase. It is very stiff and cannot be adjusted. It also digs into my legs. I will be returning it.
