Thumbstick Replacement

It took like 7 months to get my controller back, which is fine, but there was no communication and you guys market it at a few week turnaround. I don’t mind waiting a few months but you guys ignore emails and don’t update customers so horrible experience overall. Super bummed out because I’m a huge fan of your social media vids

Terrible. I sent in my custom controller to get my stick drift fixed and it came back with a missing analog stick and my microphone doesn't work. After a week the R2 button stopped working. After waiting weeks for it to arrive they asked me to send it back but it was going to take another 5 to 6 weeks. I just gave up on the controller and don't use it anymore. Last time I buy from this company.
