This might be the nook of the Fall season. It is very topical. It is funny, sad and overall a great read. Highly recommend this book.

So So
Did not like the narrator/main character. She was obnoxious and impatient with everything going on. One needs to identify with the protagonist, and I could not.

Very disappointing book
I had heard so much about this book and the discussions it engendered that I was excited when our book club chose it. However, the story made a left turn in the middle that made no sense and the explanation at the end was truly ridiculous. It was very disappointing.
