If you have access to my previous feedback from my most recent experience with the ready to feed you will see that i had a bad expereince that has really diminished my confidence with kendamil

From Similac total care 360 to Kendamil
We switched to kendamil from similac for our 2 month old, changes in the baby are visible baby is growing well but also she cries because she’s become gassy but we would still stick to Kendamil as the results are visible

I really like the Kendamil Ready-to-Feed formula itself, which is why I’m giving this two stars instead of one. However, I would not order directly from the company again.
I tried to cancel my order because the tracking still showed that it hadn’t been shipped, but my request was refused. I then asked about the return policy and was told I had 14 days from the date I placed my order to return it, not 14 days from when I received it. The problem is that my order didn’t even arrive within those 14 days, making it impossible to return.
To make matters worse, the Ready-to-Feed formula I received expires in just one month. Since my baby won’t use it all before then, that’s a significant issue.
