Hammered Deep Titanium Pot

I am not quite satisfied with this pot because the knob on the cover keeps moving around, no matter how many times I’ve tried to tighten it. Japanese people are very proud of their products and yet I don’t see a single stamp that says “Made in Japan” on OKURA merchandise!🤔

Extremely pleased and the pots and pans are wonderful and am enjoying cooking with them and they were carefully shipped and wrapped with care thank you for a great product I ordered many of them thanks again

My experience with the product and customer service has been absolutely amazing—10/10! I’m very happy with the product, and although the customer service process was a little slow at first, I truly appreciate the time and effort the team put into resolving my concerns. In the end, we were able to reach a solution that I feel was fair and beneficial for both the company and me as the customer. I really appreciate their willingness to listen, work with me, and make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend them!
