Kovert Series

Started using the rod this weekend during a very tough tournament on Douglas lake. I threw a deep diving crank boat a lot around rip-rap and 45 degree banks. The rod was very sensitive and I could feel every rock my crankbait bounced off. It helped me put a critical fish in the boat that bit very subtly, I could feel every headshake as I was fighting the fish. Catching this fish keyed me into the area I was fishing, the fish moved up shallower due to a bunch of rain, but catching this fish helped me determine my plan for this 2 day end of year tournament!

Excellent rod, light weight, feels great in your hands and the sensitivity is excellent! Can’t wait to add more to the lineup!

Purchased rod for Carolina rigs , but have also found it great for chatterbaits, spinnerbaits and even buzz baits.
