Top & Base Coat Bundle

hi mochi team and whoever else is reading this specifically from the UK. i ordered 3 tubes of polygel and the top & base coat bundle on the 27th of august. and apparently it was meant to be here on the 24th of september. it's now the 27th of september. it's in the UK but it's been a week with no updates from royal mail. i've been seeing so many videos of people complimenting mochi gel so i was so excited. fingers crossed i do get my order honestly. anyway! anyone ordering from the UK be aware of this. processing time is 3-5 BUSINESS days. thats WEEKDAYS so i didn't mind that. i have no idea how shipping works in america but USPS takes about 2 weeks to fly out to the UK as they have to get the product to like 3 or 4 warehouses and post offices. after those 2 weeks it seems like you're on your own. if your patient enough to wait a whole month for good quality products, absolutely go ahead!! i will not be ordering here again only because of the shipping. love you mochi team <3

The product is very nice, i definitely recommend! The company is very thoughtful aswell. My package had said it was delivered but it wasnt and I contacted them and then i got the package and they had prepared to re send my order completely free of charge.

I love these products they work really well with uv light, dries quickly.
