The frame arrived in a box that was barely holding together. Box was heavily damaged. Frame had some minor scratches on wood that I touched up with paint. The paper template that was included with the frame to hang the frame was not accurate measurements for hanging. It was off 1 inch so I had to put another hole in the wall. Waste of time using the template. Do not use.
