Good Replacement!

My husband was a huge bread eater before being diagnosed with celiac a number of years ago. After eating white bread from Queen Street Bakery, he said, “This is the closest thing I’ve had to real bread in a long time! If I didn’t know better, I’d think it was the real thing!” Way to go Queen Street!

Tasty

I’ve tried several types of breads and bagels and they all are excellent. Any gluten free bread needs toasting, and these are no different, but they have flavor and texture! Having a sour dough option is also very nice! Thank you for your efforts to create variety in your offerings.
