Shower Essentials

I love based it’s very good but I paid £105 gbp for everything I got and it said I had free shipping which was perfect I later brought it all and realized they charged me £21 for shipping I contacted based twice asking for a refund or if it was a mistake but I never got a response I tried contacting SHOP but it was impossible. End of the day I never got my £21 back

Amazing shampoo and conditioner, shampoo snd conditioner smell great, mostly like peppermint, and the santal bidy wash are un resistable. 10/10

Liked the product and shipment but the bottle had some marks on it
