Pilates App Subscription

Misunderstood promotional offer when bundled with purchase of portable pilates reformer. Felt a little misleading on ordering page. I thought 1yr app subscription was included based on verbiage. I bought two machines, to provide as gifts, assuming each would get 1 year app subscription. Only received one 14-day trial. App subscription is tied to purchaser’s email address. Emailed customer service, and they clarified that offer is only 14-day trial.

Even though it was the model I oedered, I’m disappointed because even though its more expensive (199 usd), the 99 USD model seems more complete. I really wish i could exchange it but i don’t have the original packaging.

didnt want. thought it was 1 time payment. hard to cancel
