Very bad quality, is not worth the price! You can get better quality on Amazon for half of the price. They say they dispatch the parcels after 1-3 days but took them more than two week just to send it. After that 3 weeks to arrive… Costumer service is rubbish, just bots that tell you the same thing and no solutions… and all the time try to sell you more and more items when they not even have dispatched yours… After 2 weeks using it I do not see any improvement on anything. Is a waste of money, all the reviews on internet are clearly fake and paid to say that. I asked twice for a refund and no one reply.

I am using this product everyday and considering returning it. I was expecting this product would hug the neck area to be able to provide a deeper massage experience. Another point is that the vibration is very noisy and makes me feel dizzy. Feels like I am inside an MRI machine. I do not feel relaxed. I am waiting to complete one month usage in order to see if I have improvements before returning. Unfortunately I am not finding to be an enjoyable experience.

There is only 1 heat setting and it gets very hot. There is only 1 massager setting, which is just different vibrations. This neck massager is way overpriced for what it does. Do not recommend.
