Product arrived mushed even though I got it hand delivered. I do understand the elements. Ate 4 like the package recommended for the feeling I wanted. Felt like I had a cup of coffee. That’s it. Then I notice it says “kanna takes time”. Well which is it? Take 4, or take one over time? Either way, awful after taste, Incorrect and false advertising.
