The ease of using this product. Makes my scalp tingle when combing it through my hair. Easy to insert and remove the attachments. This is so powerful it makes my lights flicker.

I purchased the item only to find I have to buy a type B electric adapter plug. Poor advertising for the price.

It didn’t last a week. Randomly stopped working. Waiting to see what their customer service is like with returns and/or replacements. $300 wand that doesn’t last a week is absolutely insane.
