Gave me the extra wiggle room for my strap! I was expecting it to be the same thickness as my strap harness but its slightly thinner. I beleive it is the same thickness as many of the tops/bras. Doesnt bother me, and it solves the sizing issue I was having:) fits so much comfier (and I know for my next strap, to order Mid)
