I thought these were too expensive for plain white baking dishes. Turns out there are way more expenive ones and these fit the 2 cup perfectly! I make mini lasagne's in the souper cube, freeze, and then pop it into one of these. I have also made mini lasagnes right in this baking dishes, put the silicon lid on, and frozen that. Then lid off, straight into the over. Love all these products!

Perfect for defrosting or reheating!

I've been a huge fan of the silicone trays, but found that my usual lunch containers were a little awkward to pack stuff in straight from frozen. These have been great - I pop them right into the microwave, or let things defrost in the fridge overnight. Perfect and great quality, with quick shipping.

Souper Cube Individual Ceramic Dishes are Perfect!

I have long been in a dilemma of making too much of a dish or soup and what to do with the leftovers. Now, I have solved this problem. I purchased four individual ceramic dishes and they are deep enough to hold a good portion size. I recently made a dish and froze several portions in a Souper cube ceramic dish. After a day of work, it was wonderful to take it from the freezer and pop directly in the oven to heat up. I highly recommend!
