Love this bag.
I waited a while to make this purchase but am SO glad I did! I can fit so much in this bag, and I love how plush and cozy the strap is. I even spilled maple syrup in the bottom of my bag in the very first day (don’t ask) and it wiped away no problem, even after several hours. And have gotten compliments on the gorgeous blue!

Lovely bag
The Ona Pro Soft bag is a very practical and lovely bag. It's big and fits everything without making it heavy to carry around. I'm very happy with my purchase and customer service.

Lovely bag but falsely advertised!
Lovely colour and I like the fabric but I’m very disappointed in how’s inaccurate the advertising for size and security this bag is! Settled for the pro as the Ona was tiny, however I’m still disappointed with the size. My laptop is still a struggle to get in it and the straps aren’t secure enough to safely transport it around for too long! I don’t think I’d trust it in the back pack version either. Nice bag but in theory it’s not very practical.
