Obelisk

Superb!

This is exactly the flavour profile I've been searching for, deep and rich. I've been chasing this for years. The best cup of coffee I've ever had was from the Greektown Hilton in Detroit in the late 80s, and Obelisk gives me exactly the same profile. I'm very, very happy. Also, the grind is perfect, which is hard to find for French press.

Overall good coffee

Pretty flavorful coffee. A little more acidic than I typically go for. But a solid cup. Ive been using the French press mostly but plan on grinding some for espresso later

Obelisk

I enjoy a dark roast and while the Obelisk was advertised as dark roast, it actually seems to be more of a medium flavor. The notes are light and fruity as opposed to a dark smoky flavor I belived was being sent. It is definately not a poor tasting coffee, but it seems far from a heavy dark roast I prefer.
