I was very impressed with the quality. Often times when I order products online when it arrives it doesn’t look anything like the product in the picture, the quality is very poor and the price I paid was a big mistake on my part. I like the telescopic handle which allows for easily switching between close and further away dusting. The head is large and fluffy. It doesn't quite get into smaller spaces, but does a great job overall.
