WorkRunner™ Construction shoes

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The products shown online look completely different from what I received. I ordered shoes along with several other items, and it took almost a month for my parcel to arrive. After waiting so long, the quality of the products was extremely poor and nowhere near what was advertised. What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of customer service. Nobody responds to my emails, there is no proper communication, and I cannot find a legitimate website where I can get assistance or resolve this issue. This is unacceptable. Customers spend their hard-earned money trusting what they see online, and they deserve to receive products that match the advertised descriptions. I expect a proper response and a resolution to this matter, including a refund for the poor-quality items. Please take responsibility and address this issue.
