The texture is soft and lovely, but if I had tasted blind, I would have never said sugar cookie, never. There is no distinct flavor profile that comes through, it is sweet and maybe there is a hint of yellow cake flavor? We don't crave them to eat as-is, they are nice to crumble over homemade ice cream or use for ice cream sandwich, or dip in melted chocolate

Simple but extremely tasty! These sugar cookies are just delicious.They also a generous size. love them with a warm cup of tea. Definitely recommend.
