Dislike no directions OR pictures on how to fir the device on one’s body. You omitted a very important asset for your buyers. This has precluded me from using the device every day so no positive results so far. Please fix this omission.

Customer service is dragging their feet on giving me the info needed to return this item. I’m very frustrated.
