Good idea, but needs refinement
I have a minimal home gym with the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells and kettlebell., adjustable bench, Jayflex bars, and pull up bar. I wanted something to give me more leg exercise options and stumbled on these. It’s a great idea and similar to what Jayflex has done. However, the boots need more padding or better padding because they really hurt. And the foot plate needs to be wider because my sneakers don’t even fit.

It’s phenomenal but longevity isn’t there
As a gym rat, I love trying new equipment becuase it’s hard to do certain workouts and some workouts feel unnatural. The movement I mean. But this tool is incredible, where your body moves In a natural way. The only thing is if you’re using this tool twice a week or 3 times a week it has a hard time lasting. This is my 3rd one I’ve bought, I give the equipment about a year life span if you use this pretty regularly.. great workout toon but with wider feet or thicker shoes it’s hard for this to fit. So ideally converse or training shoes tighter around the feet. Also if you have thicker feet and use a dumbell over 35lbs it’s almost crazy snug. Like I said I love it but it has its flaws. I’ll still continue buying it but I know its limits.
