A lot smaller than I expected but very tasty and filling. It didn’t match the exact cinnamon bun taste I had envisioned in my head but it was still a great refined-sugar free and gluten free substitute, it satisfied my cravings. Also oddly enough I really enjoyed eating it frozen haha. Definitely recommend :).
