Beware this site picked up old addresses

The site picked up an old address from the cell phone delaying delivery of the product by weeks. This despite the correct address on a website profile and the credit card used to purchase. Customer Service was extremely difficult to contact and required multiple calls from me. Written notice of the problem was disregarded and they sent an order confirmation with the old address only AFER THE PURCHASE WAS COMPLETED.
