PowerLite™ Performance Tape

Good product. I put them high on the bridge of my nose when I sleep and they have a profound positive effect on the quality of my sleep and my night time recovery.

These are awesome, I notice the improvement right away. I run a lot of hard intervals and I can def feel the difference when I'm working hard and breathing heavy. I can breath fuller during my rest interval to recover better for sure. I like them on my distance runs also to help nasal breath a little more to remain in a calmer more aerobic state. Love them!

Very good product
