Summit 2 Valve

I did not receive the parts I ordered and I waited almost three weeks to find that out. I spoke to a customer service representative who told me he would send the correct parts to me, but I do not have confirmation that the shipment of the correct parts have been sent. I am now questioning whether or not I will receive the correct parts/ exact replacement parts as shown on the website. Very disappointed at this point.
