Magical blend that brings all the nostalgia! Very fluffy and exceptionally fresh. I am a private chef so I shared it with my clients who also love it.

This amount will probably last me 2 years. It turns out 70 grams of dry herbs is a whole lot more than I thought it would be. And the can is pretty. I sprinkled some on a tortilla I toasted in genuine Palestinian olive oil. I put a quarter next to the can for scale. I think this would be real good on chicken, fish, or rice. The flavor was real unique because sumac just doesn't exist in American food, but I figured if it's genuinely Palestinian, then it must be good.
