was a labor day sale advertised for buy one get one, noticed the free ones were not added to order, put in a email to customer support withing minutes asking to cancel or adjust the order, no response for 3 weeks now. i do like the products, but this level of customer support will leave me hesitant to buy again

I havent gotten my insoles at all and I ordered them the 17th of may

Product took a month to ship and aren’t even that comfortable probably why they give a free pair to double pad it but id avoid these
