2 words ....Absolutely brilliant !! . Sports & fitness has always been a huge part of my life & now on reaching a certain " Vintage " somethings are a bit more difficult to do as regards fitness but this really does what it says .

Wasn’t as great as what the other reviews made it out to be. Assembly was simple but i didn’t recieve the timer advertised in the deal and the wheels get stuck often. Honestly isnt worth the money. I expected much better quality for my money than this.
