Sportster (Frame / Solid Mount)

I still have not received my exhaust. I received a shipping notification on September 21 stating that my order was on its way. However, the UPS tracking has remained at **“Label Created”** since September 21, with no movement or indication that UPS has actually received the package. I also sent an email on September 30 asking for an update but have not received any clarification. Can you please confirm the current status of my exhaust and whether it has actually shipped? If it has not shipped yet, I would like to know when I can realistically expect it to be sent out.
