Good additional to the Rogue Monster Lite squat rack. Rogue’s alternative is $700 and has more utility but this works great for what I need now. And it’s over $600 cheaper.

I love this setup! so much more convenient. All the other cable systems on Amazon or any other website have a means to connect the round weights to the cable system..So far Jayflex hyperbell cable system is the only one that allows us to add the dumbells! that's a total game changer for at home workouts!
