I ordered a two side bars and somehow we only received one. I call to ask for a refund or be send the missing one. Sacha called me back super fast and was very professional to hear me out on the situation and made sure to get the missing side bar to me asap. Super convenient! Easy to move from side to side on the grill to accommodate each individual grill guy! They love the extra room on the grill too.
