Flank Steak

The quality of meat is great. Best I've had from any subscription box. My only complaint if you can call it that is I wish it was packaged in smaller amounts. I buy meat for 2 people so 1.5 lbs is a lot and I just end up cutting it into 4oz to 5oz pieces and freezing it that way.

The flank steak was the best I've ever had. Some olive oil, S&P, and some parsley, and on the grill it went. No one said a word besides "OMG! So delicious!" Knowing River Bend Ranch is 100% American makes it even better. I know what I eat is clean and SO DELICIOUS!

Best flank steak ever! After marinating and BBQed, tender and delicious. This cut of meat will always be on my purchase list.
