Filet Mignon

Extremely well, trimmed, generous portion of prime fillet, honestly every order we get two of the regular fillet and two of the prime fillet and honestly, I cannot tell the difference when I make them together, absolutely gorgeous meat with its own distinct taste from the aging process why pay prime for grocery store junk when this beef is absolutely amazing.

Best Filet ever!

I ordered some assorted black angus meats from Riverbend Ranch and although I was hopeful that they would be fantastic, I had no idea just how pleased I would be with my choices. The Filet was both extremely tender and flavorful. I honestly don’t believe I’ve ever had one as good as this one. Just an amazing cut of meat.
