Stress & Sleep Management Notes

I paid extra to revive data in booklet form, in colour & illustrated. So far I have just received emails. I ordered through SHOP to guarantee good service

I thought the price was to good to be true. I thought this was actual physical books but after not receiving anything and after an email i was informed that it was a file to be downloaded. I'm sure the advitised add pictured an actual folder/book Very disappointed 😞

I had to download everything so i stop. I would have rather a box to see what i had to do.
