Love the amount of fiber. Greatly dislike the taste. I mix one scoop full with 8 ounces of water and glug it down (without breathing in between) first thing in the morning. It’s never a pleasant experience but I get it over with and psychologically feel good because I know I have 7 g of fiber down to start the day.

Great taste

I am using the orange flavored powder that I mixed with my skin and bones product. It’s my routine now in the morning and I love it! Very digestible no Chucky taste or stomach bomb of fiber. Just soothing and easy! Thank you, Dr Mary Claire Haver for everything!

Great product, but the flavor has changed

I've been ordering Fiber GDX on and off for over a year and had always really enjoyed it, especially the taste. Unfortunately, with my most recent order, the flavor seems noticeably different from what I remember. I'm not sure if the formula or flavoring has changed, but I definitely preferred the previous version. It's disappointing because the taste was one of the reasons I kept coming back to this product. I still like the fiber blend itself, but I hope the original flavor returns.
