Everything worked well and the downloader app makes it super easy. I updated two BMWs and it worked flawlessly.

Really seamless process. Their software also make things easy, formatting my sub drive and transferring the data into it. Also I must say that it’s affordable. I’ll be back to check for new updates. The update process on my car took about 40 minutes max 👌🏾👌🏾

Bit faffy, but eventually worked in a Mac.

The process was a little faffy. I ended up downloading the file map file 3x before it finally worked (stable gigabit broadband), and was a little disappointed that I had to enter my code each time the software was restarted - why not just enter once and record? But was pleased that the software removes the unnecessary Mac files that end up on the USB stick. Once installed onto the USB, I used the code to install into the BMW - which took a while to enter as it’s a long code! And then I had to leave the car ‘on’ and not locked. It worked ok in the end, but it’s not a process I’d like to do frequently.
