Excellent Product/ TERRIBLE 3rd Party Delivery

The product is great, took it with me on vacation and it protected my switch 2 in a crowded backpack while traveling across the country, and took up less space than a full case would have! But the third party company was terrible! If they don’t stop business With Speed x delivery, I don’t plan to order anymore from Satisfye! This company delivered the package 2 days after it had it out on a truck for delivery in my area. They LIED and listed the package is “Not deliverable” to a location with a clear yard and stoop, where multiple other packages got delivered that day from other carriers. Looked it up and found out that Speed X is KNOWN to be unreliable and sketchy. It definitely hurt my trust in Satisfye. Please don’t cut costs by using shady shippers!

I bought the zen grip 2 awhile back and was extremely excited to buy the case that goes with it. Makes a perfect compliment to the grips and protects the thimbsticks

Convenient case!

Case is really convenient. I have the satisfye case for switch 2 and found it to be too bulky for my tastes so when this came out, I pre-ordered it. It's great for saving room in a backpack while still keeping the switch safe. It doesn't have room to store any extras aside from a few games (such has a charger, joy con straps, etc), but I, personally, don't mind. I like being able to easily stuff it inside a bag I'm carrying already without having the extra bulk of a case. Only complaint is that I am kind of worried about the screen....theres no divider or anything, just plastic on screen or a few mm away from screen, but I just take a small microfiber cloth (like eyeglass cloth), put it over and then snap on the case. Helps keep my mind at ease, and I'm able to wipe off the screen if needed. It has survived many drops off our end table, my kids, and whatever stuff gets knocked around in my various bags. My kids have said that if they ever earn or get a switch 2, they want this for their case because of how easy it is. No zippers or struggles to make it fit, and very grab and go. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.
