Grass-Fed Ground Brisket

Mixed the leftover ground brisket and ground beef and made some sloppy joes for a quick lunch. Disappeared in seconds! Wife and girls were never big beef eaters. That’s all changed. I can’t express how satisfied I am with Elkins beef (and their customer service).
